Perfluoroethylene propylene (FEP, also known as F46, is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) and approximately 15% hexafluoropropylene (HFP). It is a thermoplastic fluoroplastic that combines the chemical inertness, temperature resistance, and electrical insulation properties of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) with melt-processable thermoplasticity.
